Legal Charges
The Legal Charge forms have been amended to comply with new rules governing the execution of deeds and documents which will come into force on 23rd September.
In particular we have updated the attestation charges on these forms.
EXISTING FORMS SHOULD NOT BE USED IF SIGNED AFTER 23RD SEPTEMBER. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE MIDDLE OF THIS MONTH BUT SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 23RD SEPTEMBER.
