Land Registry Forms

Certain Rules have represcribed existing forms AP1, AN1 and UN1 to take account of the Civil Partnership Act 2004. In addition, these Rules also replace MH1, MH2 and MH3 with the new forms HR1, HR2 and HR3 whilst HR4 is a new form which the Land Registry has drafted to replace MH4. 
 
Separate Rules have also represcribed the Land Charges forms K2, K3 and K13 to take account of the Family Law Act 1996 and the Civil Partnership Act 2004. The Land Registry has also amended the explanatory notes on K1 to reflect these changes. 
 
BOTH SETS OF RULES WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 5TH DECEMBER WHICH IS THE DATE SET FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004. NEW AND AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF NOVEMBER BUT SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 5TH DECEMBER.
