Land Registry

Certain Rules have represcribed the above-mentioned form for use from 24th October. 
 
In particular, CIT has been amended:- 
•to include details of a new service from the Land Registry which will provide official copy registers with the results of the index of searches of proprietors’ names 
•to reflect the merger of HM Customs and the Inland Revenue to create HM Revenue and Customs 
•to amend certificates and create new ones to reflect the addition of certain organisations to Schedule 3 of the Land Registration Rules 2003. 
 
THE CURRENT EDITION OF THIS FORM CAN CONTINUER TO BE USED UNTIL 24TH OCTOBER BUT NOT THEREAFTER. THE REVISED FORM WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF OCTOBER.
