Civil Procedure Rule
As a result of changes to the Civil Procedure Rules, the Court Service has amended N265 to refer to searches conducted for electronic documents.
These new rules will come into force on 1st October.
THE CURRENT VERSION OF N265 SHOULD NOT BE USED AFTER 30TH SEPTEMBER. THE REVISED EDITION OF N265 WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF THIS MONTH BUT SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 1ST OCTOBER.
