Divorce - Civil Partnership Act
The forms below have been amended to take account of certain provisions which will be introduced under the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
From 5th December 2005, it will in future be possible for couples of the same sex to form a civil partnership.
Div 6A is a new form which dissolves a civil partnership which has been created on or after 5th December 2005.
Divorce form 92A is an affidavit in support of a dissolution petition annulling a marriage or civil partnership.
Divorce 92B is a new form of affidavit which is required under section 44 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
NEW AND AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN DECEMBER FOR USE ON OR AFTER 5TH DECEMBER 2005.
