Parental Responsibility

Certain regulations have replaced the existing form C(PRA) for a Parental Responsibility Agreement with a new version of this form numbered C(PRA1). 
 
C(PRA2) is a new form for an agreement where a step parent assumes parental responsibility for a child under the provisions of Section 3 of the Children Act 1989. 
 
THE CURRENT VERSION OF C(PRA) CANNOT BE USED AFTER THE 30TH DECEMBER. NEW FORMS C(PRA1) AND C(PRA2) WILL BE AVAILABLE BEFORE CHRISTMAS BUT CANNOT BE USED AFTER 30TH DECEMBER.
