Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment No.2) Order

We have made a slight alteration to the fees which appear on the notes which accompany Divorce form 93 as a result of a Statutory Instrument which came into force last month. 
 
We have also incorporated some minor amendments to EX160 and accompanying notes which the Court Service made after the Civil Partnership Act 2004 came into force on 5th December 2005. 
 
CURRENT FORMS CAN CONTINUE TO BE USED BUT THE UPDATED NOTES FOR DIVORCE 93 ARE ALREADY IN CIRCULATION AND EX16O WILL BE AMENDED AT ITS NEXT REPRINT.
