We have incorporated references to civil partners on the above forms to take account of the Civil Partnership Act 2004. 
 
However, we will not be reprinting Probate 2A and 2B as paper forms.

THE CURRENT VERSIONS OF PROBATE FORMS 2A AND 2B CAN STILL BE USED BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT CREATED CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS.
