Costs of Ancillary Relief Proceedings

New rules make provision about the costs of ancillary relief proceedings.  
 
In future, the courts will not make a cost order in ancillary relief cases unless it is appropriate to do so because of the conduct of one of the parties to the litigation. 
 
These procedural changes have necessitated amendments to Divorce H and the prescription of the new Divorce H1 for ancillary relief proceedings. 
 
THE CURRENT VERSION OF DIVORCE H CAN BE USED UNTIL 2ND APRIL BUT NOT AFTER THIS DATE. THE AMENDED VERSION OF DIVORCE H AND NEW DIVORCE H1 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF MARCH BUT SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 3RD APRIL.
