The Register of Judgments, Order and Fines Regs 2005
The Court Service has amended a large number of its forms due to rule changes which will come into force on 6th April. N443 is a new form which practitioners can use to apply to cancel an entry in the new Register of Judgments, Orders and Fine which replaces the current Register of County Court Judgments.
CURRENT VERSIONS OF THE FORMS LISTED OVERLEAF CAN CONTINUE TO BE USED UNTIL 5TH APRIL. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF MARCH BUT SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 6TH APRIL
