Fee Exemption

Certain regulations have been released which increase the maximum gross annual income above which Working Tax Credit does not become a qualifying benefit for exemption from court fees. 
 
These changes have resulted in amendments to the notes which accompany form EX160. 
 
However, practitioners should note that EX160 remains unchanged. 
 
THE CURRENT EDITION OF EX160 MUST CONTINUE TO BE USED. PRACTITIONERS ARE ADVISED TO REFER TO THE AMENDED NOTES WHEN COMPLETING EX160 IN RESPECT OF APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ON OR AFTER 6TH APRIL.
