New Fire Safety Rules
On 1st October, new fire safety rules came into forces which affect all non domestic premises in England and Wales.
We have amended enquiry 9 (c)(iii) on Con 29 (Long) to reflect the introduction of this new regime for fire safety.
Minor amendments have been made to Con 28B which are not significant.
EXISTING FORMS CAN CONTINUE TO BE USED AS CON 28B AND CON 29 (LONG) WILL BE AMENDED AT THEIR NEXT REPRINT
