Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs has amended the above forms for estates excepted from paying Inheritance Tax where a person died on or after 1st September 2006.
EXISTING FORMS MUST CONTINUE TO BE USED IN RESPECT OF DEATHS WHICH OCCURRED BEFORE 1ST SEPTEMBER. THE 2006 EDITIONS OF IHT 205 AND IHT 207 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF OCTOBER.
